Roswell Pressure Washing provides free, on-site, written, scope-specific estimates for standard residential gutter-cleaning projects. Estimates are based on visible conditions and the requested scope, including accessible gutter areas, roofline access, debris level, downspout conditions, gutter guards, requested add-ons, debris handling, known exclusions, and conditions that may affect expected results. If conditions materially differ from the approved scope or additional work is requested, we will explain any recommended change and obtain approval before performing additional work.

We provide an estimated arrival window and will notify you if weather, traffic, equipment issues, unsafe access conditions, or a prior job affects the schedule. Customers should ensure appropriate access to the property, communicate gate codes or access instructions, keep pets indoors, move vehicles when needed for safe work access, and identify fragile items, outdoor furniture, tenant restrictions, or other project-specific concerns when applicable. An adult does not need to be present if access, payment arrangements, and written authorization have been completed in advance.

Safety and quality come first. We may postpone service because of lightning, heavy rain, high winds, freezing conditions, unsafe ground conditions, unsafe access, or other unsafe or ineffective conditions. Weather-related rescheduling carries no penalty, and we will offer the earliest available replacement date.

Residential payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits, if required for a larger, commercial, HOA, specialty, repair, installation, or brightening project, will be identified in the estimate. Commercial payment terms are stated in the approved proposal or service agreement.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a reasonable late-cancellation fee when disclosed in advance. If our crew cannot access the property or safely perform the confirmed scope after arrival, a disclosed trip charge may apply. No fee applies when Roswell Pressure Washing reschedules due to weather or unsafe conditions.

Debris handling and disposal are confirmed during the on-site assessment and written estimate. Exterior gutter brightening, tiger-stripe removal, minor gutter repair, reattachment, sealing, and gutter-guard installation are separately evaluated services that require a written scope and approval before work begins.

Roswell Pressure Washing uses a property-conscious, surface-appropriate approach based on the conditions and scope of the project. We take reasonable steps to protect surrounding landscaping, fixtures, and adjacent surfaces, and we communicate visible pre-existing or newly discovered conditions that could affect results. If an area included in the written scope was missed or was not cleaned to the reasonable standard described in the estimate, notify Roswell Pressure Washing within 48–72 hours. We will return to inspect the concern and, when appropriate, address the affected area at no additional charge. This workmanship and satisfaction process does not apply to future debris accumulation, future clogs, severe weather events, hidden or inaccessible obstructions, permanent oxidation or staining, gutter or roof damage, failed seams, drainage-system defects, areas declined by the customer, re-soiling after service, or pre-existing deterioration.
