Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the property and to a working exterior water source.
Close windows and doors before service begins.
Move vehicles, patio furniture, grills, and other movable items out of work areas.
Notify us of damaged siding, loose trim, previous water intrusion, delicate landscaping, security cameras, or any concern that may affect the work.
Restrain pets during the appointment.

Our Work and Limitations

We use professional soft washing and pressure washing techniques appropriate for each surface. Some staining, oxidation, weathering, artillery fungus, rust, or aged coatings may not fully release even with proper cleaning. When this is likely, we will let you know in advance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that are exposed once dirt and buildup are removed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 3 days of service and we will return to address any reasonable concerns related to the completed scope of work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roswell Pressure Washing's total liability arising out of or related to any service or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Insurance
